Holly Thompson

Holly is our business manager providing oversight to the overall functioning of the inner workings of Vital Sources. You may or may not have the need to talk with Holly. She expertly handles the intricacies of insurance billing and patient account management. She is thorough, detailed and experienced in this area of service. If you have questions regarding your account or insurance, she’s the one who can lead you through the maze of third party reimbursement (insurance!). We often kid her that she teaches the insurance companies about their own policies, which, as you can guess, requires sensitivity, patience and diplomacy. She is a long-time Frederick county resident, and enjoys the season of being a valuable and available grandmother to four beautiful granddaughters.
