Marriage Counseling & Family Counseling
Having a healthy relationship with your family and your spouse goes a long way towards having a high quality of life. The quality of these relationships is a major factor in the status of your mental health. Going to counseling as a couple or a family is a wonderful treatment for those that are proactively looking to address the challenges in their relationships.
While you have the best of intentions, sometimes a family or couple may have trouble working through a stressful situation or an unexpected crisis. In situations such as these, having a therapist to listen to your issues and give you feedback to help improve the relationship with your family or spouse is very helpful.
Here at Vital Sources we seek to provide our clients with relationship therapy that enriches their lives. We offer each of our clients an opportunity to fill out a “Spiritual-Religious” survey to cater to their preferences about what values they would like to include in their treatment.
All of our therapists have their own style of counseling, which you can read about in our Staff Bio page. We proactively work to match the families and couples that come in with the therapist that best fits their needs based on intake information, the reasons for seeking counseling and their schedule. We seek to accommodate therapist requests when available as well.
We recognize that families and couples become aware of their needs for counseling at various points of their relationship. Whether your relationship is currently in crisis or you just need some questions to be answered, please feel free to give us a call at any time.
