Therapy is a wonderful experience for people who are looking to address problems in their life. However, sometimes it is not clear when the best time is to start treatment. The reality is that the sooner you seek treatment, the sooner you will feel better. If you are feeling distressed and finding that nothing helps or that people have noticed changes in you, these are major indicators that you would benefit from therapy.
Here at Vital Sources, all of our therapists have their own style of therapy, which you can read in our Staff Bio page. When someone comes to us, we tailor our treatments to the needs of the individual and come alongside them to determine the best route of treatment.
We proactively work to match the individual to the therapist who best fits their needs considering their reason for seeking treatment and their schedule. We seek to accommodate therapist requests when available as well. We even have a full playroom available for children who would benefit from play therapy. The methods of therapy are determined by you and your therapist.
