Individual Therapy

Our one-on-one therapy services provide you with a safe place to process life without judgment, whether you are experiencing pain or celebration. We at Vital Sources believe anyone can benefit from individual therapy, and we also realize that there are specific seasons of life, stressors, transitions or indicators that may bring you to seek out individual counseling at a particular time. Whether you currently need help with a personal crisis or you have some questions and concerns that you would like answered, we welcome your call.

There is no good or bad time to enter therapy. If you have thoughts about seeking therapy, the time is right for you, and we appreciate the opportunity to come alongside of you at this unique time in your life. While all of our therapists have their own style, each of us tailors therapy to fit your needs as an individual. By collaborating together, you and your therapist will determine the best method for your treatment. You can read about each therapist and their areas of experience in our Staff Bio page.

When you call us to request individual therapy, we proactively work to match you with the therapist who best fits your needs, considering your reason for seeking counseling and the schedules for you and the therapists. We seek to accommodate your specific therapist requests when they are available as well. For individual services, we serve people of all ages ranging from children/adolescents to seniors.
We also have a full playroom available for those children who would benefit from play therapy.

If you are particularly seeking therapy that is grounded in a theological perspective, our therapists excel at integrating therapy and faith. We offer you an opportunity to complete a “Spiritual-Religious” survey before or during your first session. All of our therapists will treat your values with respect and utilize this questionnaire and subsequent discussion to learn how you prefer your faith and values to be addressed in counseling.
